The mark is not a sixth test. It is a ledger. Bottomless is policy: they will not stop pouring. Quantity can be a ten and still run out. That is a large jug. It is not this.
Instituted with the standard
How the mark began
Too many houses score highly on quantity with a boat that still goes back to the kitchen. That is generosity of the moment, not of the house. If the policy is that they will not stop, confer the mark. If they start measuring, strike it. The rating stays the rating.
Nobody has been conferred yet. The first bottomless policy is written in this book, with a date and a name.
The ledger
Awards and strikes, newest first. A strike does not erase the award. It closes it.
